At i3-Church, our story is one of transformation, purpose, and unwavering faith. Founded on the belief that every person matters and every life has purpose, we've grown from humble beginnings into a vibrant community of believers passionate about making a difference.
What Is Our Vision
To Ignite Disciples means we are intentional about discipleship that is alive, active, and Spirit empowered. We seek to move people beyond surface level faith into a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. Discipleship at i3-Church involves teaching sound doctrine, cultivating spiritual disciplines, and developing believers who live out their faith daily. Igniting disciples creates believers who are grounded in truth, passionate in worship, and committed to spiritual growth and obedience.
To Inspire Purpose means helping individuals discover and embrace the unique calling God has placed on their lives. i3-Church believes every person is created with divine intention and assignment. Through preaching, teaching, mentorship, and service opportunities, we help people identify their gifts, clarify their purpose, and confidently walk in their God given identity. When purpose is inspired, believers move from passive participation to intentional engagement in God’s work.

What We Believe
Lead Pastor
Worshipper, Leadership Consultant, Preacher, and Marketplace Strategist, Elder Doug Davis is a respected and powerful communicator. He has a sincere passion to teach functional application to leaders, as well as building and empowering secondary leaders. Elder Davis is an anointed Psalmist and powerful proclaimer of the gospel. He serves as Chief Ministry Officer of Deeper Life Church Ministries in Goldsboro NC under the leadership of Dr. Aaron McNair II.
Elder Davis is married to Nicole Davis, whom he calls “his person”. Together, they have two sons, Noah and Nicholas.
Elder Davis’ mission is to empower people to fully “Become”.
